Next year's Compliance Outreach Program's National Seminar will focus on issues relevant to investment advisers and investment companies chief compliance officers (CCOs) and other senior personnel. The National Seminar will be held in Washington, DC on January 31, 2012. The agenda for the seminar is available at http://www.sec.gov/info/complianceoutreach/complianceoutreachns2012-agenda.htm. In-person attendance at the National Seminar will be limited to 500. Registration is now closed.

For those who are not able to attend in person, the Seminar will also be simulcast over the Internet through the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov/news/otherwebcasts.shtml. It is not necessary to register for the webcast. In addition, the webcast of the Compliance Outreach Program National Seminar will be archived so that you can listen to it at a later date, at your convenience.

There is no charge to attend the Compliance Outreach Program National Seminar or to access the webcast. CPE credits are available only for those who attend in-person. CPE credits are not available for those viewing the live or archived webcast.
