Item 1:	Disclosure of Payments by Resource Extraction Issuers

The Commission will consider whether to adopt Rule 13q-1 and an amendment to Form SD under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to implement Section 1504 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act relating to disclosure of payments by resource extraction issuers.

In addition, the Commission will consider whether to issue an Order recognizing the resource extraction payment disclosure requirements of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Canada as alternative reporting regimes for purposes of alternative reporting under Rule 13q-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
