Dear officers, Thanks for the extension. It allows more victims to think deeply and make things work better. As one of the victims, I would like to provide another comment for you to consider. I would like to propose that the U.S. taxpayers, who are the victims in this GTV scam, be fully refunded for their loss at the first transaction. It is because it will be easier for your behalf to find out the way these victims wiring U.S. dollars to GTV organizations. Therefore, I suggest prioritizing U.S. taxpayers to be the first group having fully refund at the first time. Then, the other groups of victims can have another plan to get their money back, since the way they wired to GTV organizations might be very complicated. It will be labor intensive to make sure the information is correct. To prevent future confusions, it's definitely a better/easier way to make sure U.S. taxpayers are fully refunded at the first time.
