To the and Exchange Commission,
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.
I have relatives that worked hard farming all of their life, only to
lose everything by bad banks with no moral judiciary prudence. Bad
guidance for only the bank to take advantage to make a profit on
transfer fees. Where is your moral fortitude to protect the ones that
built this country?
