After a forty-two year career as a Financial Advisor (Stock Broker) I can speak from first hand experience that The SEC needs to do more than allow the status quo. As you should know, these are SALES jobs.
Working on commissions and fees. Advice for a Fee is really the only way to prevent abuses in the Financial Services industry.
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
