Subject: File Number S7-07-18: Stop financial advisers from sapping Americans' retirement savings

Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.

It is impossible to be an expert on all things so we must depend upon government for protection against bad actors and those who seek their personal gain with disregard for our welfare. Seniors are exceptionally vulnerable since once their savings are lost or tied up in plans that do not serve them, they become burdens to government agencies and their children if they have any and if the children are willing to accept the burden. Homelessness among seniors is on the rise and government refusing to reign in economic predators can only increase the problem.

Sincerely,

Ms. Jennifer Zitomer
