I am among those retired among Americans that are dependent on my IRA
and 401k to fund my living.   It is critical that when I look for
advice, that advice is based on helping me properly, and not lining the profits of the various institutions that hold these accounts

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
