Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

Financial advisors often sell products that are profitable to their companies, but not to their clients.  Fees, even those by a slight percentage of the product,  can erode the principal to yield negative savings.  Most people do not have the background to understand the consequences of their decisions.  That's why they rely often on bad advise. It's not a case of " buyer be were. We need to protect our American investors.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mr. Paul Bartelt
