Subject: File Number S7-07-18: Stop financial advisers from sapping Americans' retirement savings

Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

For many seniors they depend on these advisors to give them GOOD, SOUND financial advise. They (seniors) are not experts in finance and they are paying these advisors to help them make informed decisions about their finances.
When they get poor advice and hidden fees, it affects their ability to retire with dignity and self reliance. They very often wind up broke and either having to live with relatives, or ending up a "burden" on society by needing welfare or medicaid. Why would you want to help these dishonest individuals continue to profit on the backs of all of us?!

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Rita Kain
