To the and Exchange Commission,
As an American who is just reaching Social Security age, I am counting
on my IRA and TSA to supplement my income into my seventies and beyond
(hopefully). It is distressing to me that my this income could be
threatened by fees and risky investments by the person I'm trusting to
manage these accounts.
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans like me who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve
peace of mind about their financial security.
