To the and Exchange Commission,
Despite decades of efforts via Securities and Exchange Commission
oversight, Fiduciary Rulings, also State financial commissions, many
active financial professionals still obfuscate their financial
activities, responsibilities and fees by evasive communications to
clients about THEIR obligations and fees.
I implore the members of financial societies and commissions to prove
via their DAILY counsel and efforts that they merit the word
"professional"...such that at each day's end they see in the
mirror pride and satisfaction gained only through the HIGHEST standards
of moral and professional ethics. I'm counting on you to improve, to
self-impose rules that close deceptive and selfish loopholes. Those
who are beginning their working careers, and those who already have
worked decades, deserve honest efforts and unselfish guidance from
their financial advisors.
