I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
I am a CFP. There are no clients if there is no trust.We need laws to protect our reputations and our growing profession for so many Americans who need financial support to have a secure end of life.
Removing or not addressing the need for new laws to protect clients and not dealing with the unscrupulous practices is detrimental to the economy and public welfare and the ability to honestly and securely protect our clients assets .
