We need rules and laws to protect people from others who don't follow them. I find it distasteful that there are blood suckers who use loopholes to benefit at the expense of others.
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
