To the and Exchange Commission,
I find it truly amazing (& disgusting) that some members of Congress and current administration want to weaken, instead of strengthen, laws that were enacted to deter events responsible for the financial crisis in 2008! As a country, have we not learned from past mistakes, or is this country just based on corporate greed and to hell with the average American citizen.
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
