Subject: File Number S7-07-18: Stop financial advisers from sapping Americans' retirement savings

Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I was duped by a "financial advisor" from AXA, who sold me a variable annuity.  In order NOT to have been duped, I would have to have a university degree in finance and investments, which I don't have.  When he coerced me into buying this product, he had only HIS best interests in mind.  This cost me thousands of my retirement dollars while he made thousands off me for himself and his company.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Roxine Moore
