Banks like Wells Fargo and others need regulations. These salesmen and brokers need to look out for my investments, not theirs. We need a very strong fiduciary rule. In 2007 my mother was 79 years old and was sold an annuity with an 8 year surrender charge. Ridiculous. The only way I could get her out of this was to say she did not know what she was doing and to take guardianship for her. She died a year later. What a rip off. Sincerely, Ms. Laurel Landes
