To the and Exchange Commission,

I am a senior citizen that has and is continuing to work hard to provide for myself and my wife. I was a victim of a ruthless CEO (MCI's  10 Billion dollar accounting scam).  That cost me four hundred thousand dollars in 401K savings. This has forced me to continue working past sixty-five years of age to try and make up for that loss.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Please give this serious consideration.
