To the and Exchange Commission,
I have worked hard for 40 years and look forward to having the retirement I saved work for me. I earned this money and I am damn tired of agencies like the SEC and this [redacted] up congress allowing the rich and powerful to rape this country like it's one of Donald Trumps whores. Do your damn job, close this loophole and any others that hinder our ability to prosper and have our money work for us. It shouldn't be legal to willfully rip people off, we used to call it Fraud, now it's called "Derivatives". You've taken our Pensions and forced us in to 401K's now you won't even protect that from the vultures on Wall Street, Didn't you learn anything from the
2007 crash. Protect our Retirements close it.
I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
