Subject: File Number S7-07-18: Stop financial advisers from sapping Americans' retirement savings

Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

My mother-in-law has been the victim of retirement savings fraud from a broker who ultimately was sued by the New York State attorney general.
He harmed thousands of people.  At 90 years old, she could not possibly have been expected to be able to monitor this broker.  The Federal government needs to protect the weakest and most vulnerable in our
society:  the aged.  We will all be there one day; protect us.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Ms. Jacqueline Grazette
