Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Please dont allow hard working Americans to risk losing mony by this rule. It happened to me for many years, following the advice of my financial adviser with very low returns, losing money and most of all trusting him. Most Americans are not savy with investing and this is where they problem lies. We are left to trust somone with our future. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
