Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Americans need protection from unscrupulous financial advisors. Client's needs must always come first, far before an artist's personal income. I am fortunate to have such advisors but many don't. Even well-educated people often don't understand the impact of mutual fund fees on their results. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
