Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Everyone needs to be protected from unscrupulous financial advisors. There is no reason to allow this illegal activity but without definitive regulations with real oversight monitoring it will happen. At some point people will hold the government agencies accountable so now it the time to step up and show you are protecting American citizens. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
