Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I personally went through a bad time in the stock market using a financial adviser, it was partly due to the downturns of the stock market and the other I felt like the adviser did not have my best interest at heart (I could not prove it though). I did not have enough time to recover by staying in the stock market so I decided to put my money in an annuity. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
