Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm a retired physician. I worked long, hard hours to earn my retirement. I have IRAs and other investments, but no pension except Social Security. Many people who depend on their hard-earned retirement savings to support them in old age also depend on financial advisers to help them sort through their options, but the current law has loopholes that allow these advisers to betray the trust of their clients with hidden fees and by pushing for investments that are much more to the advantage of the adviser than the client. These tactics allow advisers to make money essentially by fleecing their clients. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Dr. Rhonda D. Wright MD
