I am a widower and I have people all the time trying to take advantage of me, even mowing my yard and to think I can't even trust my financial adviser sicken me, why does the goverment let companies take advantage of us seniors the people you should protect from theives. You put have laws for drug dealers and street theives why not financial advisers . Help us seniors you wouldn't like it done to your parents or grandparents. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
