Wall Street is adept in helping these unfortunate people part with their minimal assets without any concern for lives compromised and ruined. In this great nation, the few and wealthy should never be permitted to control the game. Someone must protect the minimized and under informed. As a retired CPA, I have seen the havoc that greedy and unconcerned financial advisors have wrought upon their clients. It must be stopped! Protect those in need from the imposters. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
