Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Back long ago, I had a broker with Salmon Smith Barney. I specifically remember, after the broker convinced me to place a particular trade, that I trusted her that she was on my side and doing the best thing for me and my wife. There was a silence; she did not respond. Later the trade amounted to nothing. I should have switched to a fee-based advisor who is a fiduciary. Fortunately I have been with them for 20 plus years now. Edelman Financial Service. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Sincerely, Mr. William McAllister
