Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I have worked very hard to put away money in my 401k and IRA for retirement. I am very skilled in my own profession but unfortunately, I'm not a financial expert so I have to rely on the advice of others for how to manage my hard earned savings. People like me need protection against unscrupulous financial advisers who seek to take advantage of our lack of knowledge in this area. The law needs to protect the rest of us from the sharks who only seek to separate us from the nest eggs we have set aside for our old age. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole in the law that makes it possible for us to be so easily deceived.
