Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I personally briefly experianced an inept , incompetent , criminal financial adviser who religious convictions scamed my elderly grandmother out of much of her life savings . It took a lawyer and a lawsuit to stop him and his bogus company . Even that was followed by 2/3 AM heavy breathing phone calls and threats to her safety . These types of scum still do slick business today under the " Buyer Beware " canopy and you know it ! Stop protecting the sticky stinky brown stuff types . I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
