Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Loopholes in currently proposed law as I understand, allow unscrupulous financial advisers to take advantage of their clients by offering bad advises for their clients that are more likely to benefit themselves than their clients. This unfair practices are likely hurting the clients, especially their hard earn money invested in their retirement accounts with litttle or no recourse.
