Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, As retirees on fixed incomes, we can't afford to have our money carelessly squandered by predatory financial advisors and Wall St. brokers. Our money is all we have. Accountability on the part of those who design and enforce laws is of great importance, and punishments for those who deliberately squander, or steal from the assets of Seniors need to be as serious as the crime, or intent thereof. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
