Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I am counting on my IRAs and 401(k)s for a secure financial future so
to not be dependent on others, or the government, in my later years.

It was recently pointed out to me that my IRA account should be double
what it currently is. Due to hidden fees and bad advice it has hardly
grown in the last 30 years! I deserve better, Americans deserve better.

We should be able to trust our financial advisers to put our interests
first, however, many advisers to take advantage of hard-working
Americans and line their own pockets with our retirement savings.

Please close the loopholes that allow these things to happen. Please
ensure a higher standard than the currently proposed rule. Please hold
anyone who gives financial advice genuinely accountable for helping
everyday Americans choose the best investments for us, our families,
and our future. We don't need or want a standard that just makes our
brokers richer.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Susan Ruscetti
