Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I'm a retired Chicago Fire Department Paramedic, that served Chicago for 26 years & my Pension is in danger because of the City's refusal to put in the funds that they had promised to pay back! We only have our investments to rely upon, should the pension fund go belly up. We have financial advisors "helping" us with those investments & if they are allowed to manipulate our investments for their gain, no matter how much we lose, that's a true travesty! Please do not allow that to happen! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
