Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, It is a dreadful feeling to awaken and to be "advised" that your savings/retirement account has been desimated by a drop in a market fund or that the money you earned and saved has been stolen! Increasingly, there are unscrupulous individuals who care nothing for the seniors who worked long and hard to have a comfortable, but frugal, life during the latter years. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
