Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

My husband died 11 years ago suddenly. He had always taken care of our
finances. Suddenly, all of that was my responsibility as well as
taking his insurance money and retirement accounts and making sure that
I was taken care of so as not to be a burden on my children. I needed
help!! I could have been victim (very easily). I have invested and
hope that the advice I received was good. I am now only 65 yrs old. I
have a number of years left to live I hope and need sound advice as to
how to plan for my future.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Ms. Michelle Tunstill
