Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Why are there so many loopholes? No taxes for million and billonaires who file bankruptcy but still live in mansions and gold plated apartments. Loopholes for wealthy companies to hide profits and not pay their fair share. Loopholes for every greedy person but no loopholes for the people who work a lifetime to make the wealthy wealthier. It's a disgrace/ I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
