Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I lost $35000 using a broker in fact 3 of them in 2001 took 8 years to break even with no interest this was enough for me. We started buying dirty there is only so much of it no brokers no day traders just up a million one year,maybe drop 300,000 the next year but the dirt is still there.,Would take a lot to bring me back my brother is big in the stock market says he makes it big but by the end of the year he breaks even,maybe a small profit.
