Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, My father received very bad advise from a financial adviser that cost him tremendously and nothing happened to this crook in the suit (actually he is not a crook because there is nothing he did illegally, thanks to the loophole in the law--FIX THIS!.) Stop this abuse NOW! This behavior is absolutely outrageous! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
