Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

The older American population needs to be looked out for. We have
busted our butt to get where we are and we deserve a safe retirement
plan. Robbery is a crime and that's exactly what it is and it needs to
stop. It is a shame that a country as big and powerful as the United
States has elderly that have to choose between eating or getting a
prescription. We are not rocket scientist and rely on companies and
professionals to look out for our best interest not deceive us. I know
as humans, we are all prone to error but intentially deceiving us
leaves many of us vulnerable to potentially losing what we have worked
so hard for. Elderly people that work all those years to get to
retirement should not have to end up getting a job at Walmart,
McDonalds, or sacrificing their health and well being.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

You would like the best for your elderly parents.

Thank you for your valuable time.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Pamela Shelton-Smith
