Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I am very suspicious of any advisor that would be opposed to rules that would not require advisors to work in the best interests of the client. This is typical of those who look for an under regulated market to maximize their profits at the expense of those who can least afford it. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
