Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, To whom it may concern; My name is Carl Pfaff, I'm begging you if that's what it takes to close those loopholes from The gutless Little Wonders who will eventually steal the money of Unknowing people, elderly and young like. Don't you understand you're slowly watching the erosion of the United States.The Greatest Countries that Ever Lived overtime and it's not FALLING from out, it's FALLING from within. If you noticed that every great civilization that came on this Earth Fell From Within and died and was overtaken and this is what's happening to the United States. This is the Greatest Country that ever lived was ever formed simply for one reason and one reason only. No other country has been made up of, run by and given freedom of will from all the civilizations in all the world. Our country is the culmination of many civilizations and we're making it through good and bad through hard times and good. We are making it and We are Stronger for all the bad times as well as the good times. But if you erode our Constitution like the congressman the senators and the presidents have been these past 50 years. if you Erode our Laws then we shall surely die as a country, as a people. If you give the power to another person to take care of another person's Financial stability. The person that's takes care of that responsibility will make more money investing in something that won't help the people that he's supposed to be working for that person who's supposed to be investing wisely for the people will surely invest in the product that will make him more money or her more money, it's Human Nature it's called GREED. It's a simple little concept the CALLED Seven Deadly sins. Every law that would make like that or takes away from the power of the people, will only Hurt Your Family in the long run. You will make money now and you will make money in your lifetime, but Your Children or Your Grandchildren or Your Great-Grandchildren will Suffer. What Do You Love, Respect and Honor? Please don't lie to yourself and tell me it's your children your grandchildren are your great-grandchildren as you sign this people into law allowing financial advisors to steal money for themselves away from the money and the people they were there to help. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
