Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I am counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole that allows unethical financial advisers to knowingly give clients bad financial advice that harms the investors and pads the pockets of the advisers. Americans who have worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Americans deserve to receive honest, ethical advice from their financial advisers. No one should legally be allowed to knowingly mislead investors. Hold Wall Street and financial advisers accountable. Close the loophole that allows these unethical practices.
