Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Millions of Americans like me are counting on our IRAs, 401(k)s and other retirement accounts for a secure financial future and we've worked hard to build and grow our savings. I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Cancer (CLL) in 2011 hence my future is touch and go at 69 years old. It also affects my ability to get more insurance to protect my wife should I pass. I MUST depend on my TSP/IRA investments to ensure her well-being should I precede her in death. We have been burnt by Wall Street once, NOT AGAIN!! I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans such as myself and being a 20-year Navy veteran, who've worked hard for my country and to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
