Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, People like myself go to financial advisors to get advice tailored to my needs. We do not go to financial advisors to receive a sales pitch cloaked in disclaimers to protect a salesman from being sued. Retirement savings is one of the most important financial decisions anyone can make along with buying a house and health care. Financial advisors must act only in their client's best interests. It is unconscionable that today they do not. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security. Thomas Denzler Sincerely, Mr. Thomas Denzler
