Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, Now that I am retired I have to guard very carefully my remaining assets. Working longer or saving more are no longer options. Hidden fees and advice that enriched the advisor are dangers I face. For me it is difficult to determine whether the advice I am bring given is appropriate. There are lots of ways I can be led into poor financial decisions despite my trying to avoid those risks. You have to be part of the solution. Make a rule that protects consumers. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
