Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, I am a retired educator with a pension I earned and worked for. I expect my financial advisers to be a partner in my financial future. I expect openness, honesty, fairness. I taught children to be responsible and respectful, be honest and treat others fairly. I want the same from my advisers. Laws are meant for clarity, fairness, and equity. It's a tragic day each time an unfair law is passed to scam or disregard the rights and dignity of others. Please be an honorable person to protect the hard earned finances from unscrupulous financial advisers. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
