Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

And we don't need tricksters who dupe us into making investments that
benefit themselves (commissions) and harm us in the process. I was
victimized by an unscrupulous agent who advised me to turned almost all
of my steady, secure, guaranteed investments into high-commission,
high-fee annuities with incredible restrictions. I am paying to this
day, and he has walked off scot-free with a lot of money in his
pockets. The entire landscape of my retirement years changed for the
worse. These types of sales should be regulated so that vulnerable
people are not taken advantage of. The broker knew I was vulnerable,
and he took advantage of me.

Sincerely,

Ms. Margaret Diehl
