Jun 20, 2018 Securities and Exchange Commission To the and Exchange Commission, People work all their lives and do without to save for their retirement. I am coming close to retiring and find myself passing up things that I need and making do with what I have to control my spending. We are working sometimes under less than ideal conditions and saving and foraging around for things to eat so as to not spend so much money. Who is anybody to steal from me what I have starved for.
