The smart thing to do is to invest for our retirement but finding a trustworthy financial advisor is a scary prospect. What if they do not have our best interests at heart but rather their own? I do not want to find I have fallen for a scam or lost everything in a bad investment deal because they were legally allowed to lie to me about the products they offer. I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole. Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of mind about their financial security.
