Securities and Exchange Commission

To the and Exchange Commission,

I'm tired of US Federal rules crafted to protect financial industry and
its people. It's time that SEC focused on individuals and their meagre
piece of the American pie. I can't believe that it's even under
consideration to loosen rules that demand that financial advisors put
investor interests first. From experience, I know that their motives
are self serving. I've seen financial advisors push high fee products
with hidden fees generating bigger commissions for themselves. I didn't
work to earn my modest living to line their pockets, buy their vacation
homes, pay for their excesses. I don't begrudge them their just
desserts, but with MY MONEY, MY INTERESTS must come FIRST.

I'm counting on you to make a stronger rule that closes the loophole.
Americans who've worked hard to save for retirement deserve peace of
mind about their financial security.

Sincerely,

Mr. Hans Banitt
